Resources to support mental health and wellbeing of families

For many of us, the current situation has given us time to pause a little and reflect. Many people sense that now is the perfect time to make changes for the better. Research from behavioural science tell us that: behaviour is generally easier to change when habits are already disrupted, such as around major life events. This pandemic has shaken many of us, forced us to stop and open our eyes. It is too soon to tell how this pandemic is going to shape our lives and many of us, including our own families and the communities we serve, will be feeling stressed and anxious during these uncertain times. It is important that we look after each other.
