The children in YR to Y6 enjoyed the Skip4life day on Thursday.
Sam from the Sports Foundation led an assembly about leading healthy lifestyles. He reminded us that we need to eat lots of fruit and vegetables and exercise for 60 minutes everyday. Sam told us that skipping is a great way to keep fit and healthy. At first we thought skipping for two minutes non-stop would be easy but Mr Mumby and the two year six children who volunteered to demonstrate soon changed our minds!
