A big thank you to Lisa at Wilkos and the Helping Hands scheme who kindly donated some spring bulbs. We will be planting these around school to brighten up our grounds.

Take One Picture Project, by Miss Chafer

We have been looking at the picture 'The Graham Children' by William Hogarth.
We studied the picture to see what we liked and would enjoy re-creating.
Year 3 and 4 decided that we liked the fruit bowl as it was a bright item in the dark picture. We drew the background of the image in black to symbolise the darkness of the artwork, and then contrasted this with the colourful fruit bowls.
