Parents
At Crowle Primary Academy we value working in partnership with our parents and carers to provide the very best we can for our children.
If parents/ carers would like to speak to us about concerns they have we would ask them to speak to the following people;
For concerns about safeguarding please speak to Rhonda Blakemore (Designated Safeguarding Lead) or the Deptuy Safeguarding Leads, Erica Fawcett and Jane Howden.
Jane Howden (our inclusion mentor) is always available for parents and carers to speak to about any concerns.
Any concerns about a child's progress or wellbeing please speak to the class teacher in the first instance (the main reception will be happy to make you an appointment).
If, after this you would like to speak to someone else, you can ask to speak to the staff member who has oversight of that area, Mrs Fawcett for children in reception and nursey, Mrs Parkin for children in KS1 and Mrs Fawcett/ Mrs Blakemore for children in KS2.
If you would then like to discuss the matter further you can contact Mrs Blakemore (Headteacher).
We would ask that parents follow the procedures set out in the Trust complaints policy should they have a complaint. This is available on the policies page of the website or by asking the main office for a paper copy if needed.
